unsigned credit agreement with isme
deebella
Today I received my credit agreement from isme and it appears to be blank.
I set up the account with them in march 2006 but have only used about 3 times and now are having problems, to cut story short..... I sent back items back to them in December 2012 and they got lost so I sent them my original receipt so they could make a claim as they asked and then was told cos the post office never gave me one with a barcode on I would have make a claim myself and have been telling them since beginning of 2012 I could not as they had my receipt and to this day still have it. now they are charging me for these items and over the top charges for not paying. I was told that because of this fact I am not liable to pay as never signed any agreement??? I am just not willing to pay for items I returned using there returns service.
All advice most welcome

Isn't Isme all online?
You'll have ticked a box or something which will be the equivalent of your 'signature'
Otherwise no online credit agencies would have anything as nothing ever gets physically signed.0 -

Actually I am not trying get nothing for free, I returned items through royal mail and they got lost, and reason can not claim is due to is me not returning my receipt which they asked for so they could make a claim then decided they could not.
