  • Here is the message I am getting all afternoon just tried again and no luck!!

"We do not recognise the offer associated with the code you've entered. Please check that you have entered the offer code correctly."
  • Sky are now telling me that this offer is for BRAND NEW customers to Sky I.e. if you have Sky TV, the offer is not valid

Worked fine for me but new line fee is £20 not £15.
Same price as through Topcashback after the cashback

Having been unable to verify my Number and postcode all afternoon, very frustrating (unable to check, try again later!) I have now been verified but I find that there is a one off charge of £22.18 for "Phone Line Transfer" as well as the post and packing for the router.
Why is there this charge I have changed my phone supplier on a number of occasions over the last 10 years and have never been charged. Why is there this charge and what is it for? It is still a good deal but feel a bit conned! :(

I know this is terribly cheeky, but is there any chance I could please have your code if you're no longer using it? I just got home and have missed out :( No worries if not. Thanks :)

I experienced the same problems with the website. I got to the end of the checkout process and got an error message with a number to call.

I called Sky and they processed it all over the phone.

Thanks MSE for a great offer!

  • Is anyone getting the offer an existing Sky customer?

The important info states codes are linked to post code so it would be of little use to you
  • Well i've tried again tonight and the code has finally worked.

£22.18 extra is for the new line connection (which I needed) and £2.18 P&P for the router. Then £12.50 per month for 12 months.

    Happy with that.
  • Took me all afternoon to sign up but my code worked and I wasn't charged the additional £20 connection fee as I already have a phone line, so :-)
Unlimited broadband for under £13 a month, great bargain! Thanks MSE

I have to praise Sky to be honest.. I'd been trying at work to get the offer through but it kept failing on the availability check.

I phoned up instead saying I wanted to set up broadband but the site wasn't working. After the guy confirmed I could have it, I then dropped in that I had a code! He was lovely though and got everything set up on the phone within 10 minutes.

Email's already through and got my start date confirmed. I can understand the technical faults with the website being overloaded, but the guy I spoke to was great.

My only concern now is that Sky say they'll start 6/2/14 but Virgin are switching off today... No internet for two weeks??? Eek!
