Quick update.
Have had a phone call from head office this afternoon by a very nice lady there, she could see the problems straight away and could also see that I did not owe any money at all, she was very apologetic and said that the phones should not have been disconnected and have reconnected the phones, just a shame the staff on live chat and the phones are not capable at sorting the problems out.
Thanks for your advice guys and thanks to Lee for going to have a look at it for me.
