Tried boilerjuice once and they were to be frank, awful.

We'd just moved and needed oil quickly so I paid a premium price. Delivery day came and no tanker came, phoned boilerjuice who said the tanker had broken down. They never bothered telling us though so we sat in all day for nothing.

I then found a local supplier who could deliver the next day for less than boilerjuice were charging so cancelled the order and asked for a refund. A week later, no refund. Phoned them again and they hadn't even processed the refund. Took 2 weeks to get my money back.

I certainly won't be using them again.
