What I really crave is a little time alone, without friends, family or work colleagues. That may sound selfish but I feel thats what I am lacking. Just a little space to think things through and be by myself.
Its encouraging that other people do make time for themselves though.
doesn't sound selfish to me at all - one of my favourite "me" things, always has been, is a cafe in town, table for one, coffee and maybe a sticky toffee muffin, and a book, watching the world go by.

No set me time.
I work nights so sometimes need to sleep during the day as in bed by 2am but up at 6am to do school run.
Dont really like sleeping though as it means the precious 6 hrs i have while dd's are at school are wasted.
I grab moments here and there on the laptop.
read my books while cooking, walk the dog.
Tbh i enjoy going to work as that is my me time.
it is not a very taxing job, freeing my brain to ponder without constant demands from little voices.
