Anyway, we are going around in circles here so I'll take my leave of your thread.
I was attempting to clarify if it'd be in the range of an auto payout. My username refers to my enthusiasm for 'asking the stupid question' I don't think you're stupid!0 -
The loan was in my name
I stated my circumstances true fully in the form and in a phone call obviously in the 2nd loan I was older and had been employed longer
Move on?? I basically logged on here for some advice as I didn't understand something which I won't be doin again!!!!!!0 -

You have a choice now. You can either accept the Bank's decision (and be thankful that one of your weak complaints was successful) or you can refer your rejected complaint to the Ombudsman where it will languish for eighteen months or more with no guarantee that FOS will overturn the original decision.0 -

I Googled it too as I was unsure. The articles relate to a specific time period. Having never worked for RBS I couldn't say either way.

All I wanted was some help but I feel everything I have said or asked has been be littled. Maybe it was a weak complaint I don't no but from my point of view I couldn't understand why one had been paid and one not. I don't understand it really hence posting on here ......0 -
