Hi.. first time poster! I was just wondering about the FujifilmF20 LE 6MP Digital Camera.. its showing at £89.99n in Argos is that right? above you say £79.99,

My camera died this weekend - it was a 3.2MP with a x3 optical zoom using a XD picture card. I have another 128MB XD picture card so would prefer to buy a new camera which is copatible with that.

Can anyone advise.... £80 is my upper limit really. I also need it for this week as I leave for holiday on Monday!

    Thanks in advance

For info, I bought the camera today at the £79.99 price ended on 4th. Still a good price at £89.99

If anyone ends up buying a Fuji digital camera it is worth checking out the extended warranties at Fuji, they seem to be pretty reasonable prices. http://www.fujifilm.co.uk/shop/super/

Hi, wonder if anyone can advise me? I want to get a digital camera, I've not had one before, but my mum has a samsung one. With hers, it takes ordinary (or re-chargeable) batteries, and they seem to last no time at all, it's really irritating. Is this a problem with all digital cameras, or just samsung, or just some models? Are the cameras with in-built lithium batteries any different? Just thought I'd see if anyone has any advice before I spend my hard earned cash! Thanks.
much work to be done - new sig coming soon...

MM, my Kodak takes ordinary AA rechargeables (can also take a KOdak pack that is like 2 AA batteries stuck together). The problem is that there are many different ratings of AA batteries from about 600 to 2600mAH. Assuming I am using the view finder (rather than the screen) then a 1200mAh lasts for about 50 shots whereas the 2000mAh batteries I normally use last for about 100-120 pictures. I usually get these batteries from www.7dayshop.com

On the other hand the exilim I have has a lithium-ion battery pack. I have not tested it fully yet but it apparently gets over 200 shots per charge (and that is using the screen since there is no viewfinder).

Some cameras are very poor on battery life so its always worth checking the reviews on it

I got my daughter a Kodak for her birthday and thats one that is poor on battery life, we also bought a camera docking station for it so its always fully charged but you take a few pictures and its flat again.
