I'm not sure what a 'knob fetish' is (although you seem well informed).
Back to my original point - you sound like a knob.0 -
i pay £10.00 and thats wash, dry polish, wheel trims, vac inside ( boot included) and a free air freshner thrown incredit card bill. £0.00
overdraft £0.00
Help from the state £0.000 -
There are of course reasons why people can't do it themselves. I can't because I can't park near enough my house to get a hoover there or even a soapy bucket. Others can't as they physically are unable - I think £8 is a bargain from the sounds of it0

A couple of years ago when we handed back our last lease car (dogs horses etc) and was quoted £60 for full valet to bring it back to as new as (possible) standard.
I started to moan a bit about the price and the chap who I have used a few times and is excellent suggested I might prefer to do it myself, so I said fine carry on.....:rotfl::rotfl:
Some of these guys are really worth the money.0 -

I was tasked with selling my SIL's car for which she was just paying for my costs, so i said probably £20 in advertising and £35 for a valet (trade price), and i got the whole "what??? I could do it myself and save the £35!!". So i said no probs, sure have it clean for when you drop it down - needless to say it came in stinking and she paid the £35.....0 -
Why not give these guys a try :

Take a look at the "Ne Plus Ultra" service at the bottom - from £1800 + vat. Oh go on then, I'll take 2 :rotfl:0 -

Local place is £3.99 for wash and dry, £6 for wash, dry, wheel treatment and a few other outside things
I cant remember how much for hoover, inside glass and wipe down, think its about £10 but the only time I got them to do it there was a dirty boot print in the carpet afterwards.0 -

Taking a day to come up with a comeback as witless and devoid of humour as that is pretty impressive.
