I gave you a link to a thread containing 4 more links on this company and the recent letters

as for your thread title, its not come from the PPC, its come from the debt collectors they have given it to , so your thread title is misleading

plenty of advice was given in those threads I linked you to, I also expect to see more and more of the same issues in the coming weeks as these DC companies are looking at old pcn,s once more

Yes...and I was sincere when I said I would read it, I just don't have the time right now.......why oh why did I respond to this?

OP, there is recourse for you to appeal their decision, you just need to read up on PSA, you should have challenged it initially though so may be fruitless. But, I'm not an authority so couldn't even begin to guess tbh. Good luck...
  • thanks redX ive just been through the links you provided , no mention of that specific company but very usefull
    thanks

The reality is that no parking abuse happens anywhere on retail parks etc, people are invited onto land by service providers, these shysters invent rules to trip people up deliberately!

Ask yourself this, why is this company offering for free their services? How can you get something for free? Well the answer is that these companies make a majority of their money from legitimate users of sites, there is not enough people who truly abuse car parks to even keep one of these companies in business.

And honestly if you have land you cannot afford to maintain or invest in, I suggest you seriously look at selling up, it's like buying a door for a house but can't afford a lock for it! You need to invest to secure your property.

How dare I ? Well you are the one coming here with your judgmental attitude!! And by the way I own land and I manage to maintain it, nobody parks there as they have no access, perhaps you should try it sometime!
When posting a parking issue on MSE do not reveal any information that may enable PPCs to identify you. They DO monitor the forum.
We don't need the following to help you.
Name, Address, PCN Number, Exact Date Of Incident, Date On Invoice, Reg Number, Vehicle Picture, The Time You Entered & Left Car Park, Or The Amount of Time You Overstayed.

I use a number of car parks on private land and none of them use a private parking company and none of them have any problems. They have barriers and ticket machines. Simple really.

The other posters are correct. The PPC will use your land to make money for themselves and they are used to the hassle that arises.

    I suspect you aren't.

Well barriers and ticket machines abound....I have lots NOT, just a tiny bit of private land that belongs to me, that people take advantage of..... no war with anyone other than those parking on my land....

Oh for heavens sake...I was merely responding to someone complaining about being charged for parking somewhere that they shouldn't, although on reflection perhaps from what the OP said it may not have been justified.

I think if you read through this thread I have said as such. So glad you have the means to protect your land.....for reasons I would not divulge on a forum.....I don't

I was not replying to you as you are not the thread owner, you hijacked it

my reply was to the OP only , nothing to do with your reply which almost crossed mine as they were posted in quick succession

if you want to open a debate, start your own thread please to avoid confusion like this, as this is not your thread
