OP, there is recourse for you to appeal their decision, you just need to read up on PSA, you should have challenged it initially though so may be fruitless. But, I'm not an authority so couldn't even begin to guess tbh. Good luck...

Ask yourself this, why is this company offering for free their services? How can you get something for free? Well barriers and ticket machines abound....I have lots NOT, just a tiny bit of private land that belongs to me, that people take advantage of..... no war with anyone other than those parking on my land....

Oh for heavens sake...I was merely responding to someone complaining about being charged for parking somewhere that they shouldn't, although on reflection perhaps from what the OP said it may not have been justified.


I think if you read through this thread I have said as such. So glad you have the means to protect your land.....for reasons I would not divulge on a forum.....I don't
