Seems a bit daft getting the equivalent of 0.25% in points, when the Asda credit card will give you 1% back in cash.

That only works if you have an Asda credit card.

If you are happy getting 0.25% back in Tesco points then there's no need. But even if you use the rewards to get 4 times back, that's still only 1%.

and since you shop at Asda, an Asda credit card will give you 1% back in cash.
