I do know sometimes we get the horrors, one of those awful feelings that something is wrong. I didn't hear one of my boys come home from college one evening, I was convinced something awful had happened, he wasn't answering his phone so I went out looking for him, couldn't find him, so I came home to wake his brother up to see if he'd heard from him. Then I found out why he wasn't answering his phone, he was in bed fast asleep.:o I've never told him about it.
It does make you feel really silly doesn't it? But its so understandable. I always go out late in the evening to give my son a lift home from his friend otherwise he would walk back through the town. Its a very dodgy town. His friend got stabbed doing the same walk. Luckily he wasn't hurt, it was through his coat. So I would rather put myself out and know he is safe. The forest would be very silent if no birds sang except for the birds that sang the best0 -

Yes, I felt really silly driving down the road with the windows open calling his name :rotfl:Accept your past without regret, handle your present with confidence and face your future without fear0 -
I have missed all mine coming in several times and tossed and turned all night, then, as was coming light got up to go to the loo, and looked in their rooms to find them fast asleep!!
I would creep in, early hours of the morning and my Dalmation lying on the half landing would start wagging his tail, beating against the floor.
I swear it was so loud like someone cracking a whip. The more I begged him to stop, the louder it got.
I think we all got a bit tense and the mood has lightened now tesuhoha's daughter is accounted for.0 -

Haha. :rotfl: I have though tucked under the covers in full party gear just before wake up time, so maybe you were fooled too!

:rotfl:I had a labrador with similar behaviour. I used to creep in late at night and my mum used to call out 'Is that you, dirty stopout?'
Yes you are all very kind people. It did help me though, all the talk about mobile phones and networks. The forest would be very silent if no birds sang except for the birds that sang the best0
