Not Another Fluffy/hairy Savings Diary

I'd add that MoneySavingExpert as a site was set up to help ordinary punters get to grips with how best to use their money, on a basic, day-to-day, ordinary level (which is what a savings diary is about). It wasn't set up as a forum for people with large investments who wanted to discuss how their large investments are going. There's no doubt a place for that but it's the savings diaries that seem to me to fit best with what MSE is about overall.
Yes, but this is a savings AND investment board. Personal subjectivity can't alter that - either in the case of the OP or you:)
imho

I like to read a few of them (but not all) and I would not like to see them on a separate forum as I would never go there.
I have learned some neat stuff from them. And I am not pink nor fluffy.0 -
Changed the title and contents of first post to make it gender neutral as I have clearly but inadvertently offended the fluffy, pink contingent.
Whoops, there I go again.

Plenty of boys into pink, so the girls shouldn't be so full of themselves as to claim the colour for themselves.0

Go on, share it with us non-diary readers. If it's something of use to you, I am definitely interested. Though not to the extent of actually reading diaries.
I learned abt topcashback to be sure. Got 300 quid or so, just in the last few years for stuff I would have bought/done anyway. Ebaying too, and some other cr*pola. Nothing earth shattering, but it provides something to do here when (like most of the time) the weather is awful.
And it is far cheaper/more MSE than planning another holiday.0 -
Ah, ok, I have been an avid Quidco user for the last 8 years, long before TCB came into life, but after I had been dabbling with Rpoints and ipoints in the early 2000s, on recommendation from a colleague at work. Made thousands from various offers (most of the very high value ones don't, sadly, exist any longer). Ebay is not for me - way too tedious for my liking. I have learned a huge amount from the main MSE site and from selected boards of the forum, though have given up reading diaries in about 2006 since they didn't do it for me.0
