    Morning all,

And so it begins - my week of h3ll. I am SO busy this week, catching up after my break and running groups left right and centre.

    Wish me luck!!

Sounds good!! The £ banked is proving a little tricky. I'm not sure I now get paid to run relief groups after the first 12 weeks. I'm supposed to have a new consultant recruited by then.

£20 goal crashed and burned. But, the stuff I bought that crashed it were things I remembered I needed like toilet roll & washing up liquid, and the pork steaks were at half price so I bought two massive ones for £4. Will do at least 4 meals!

    Total spend £43.78

Still, I've not spent a penny today yet. Whoops just realised what that sounded like!!!:rotfl:

I think it's about time I resurrected Penelope, the pocket change pig. She did right well for me last time and regularly saved about £70 per month.

And the "Save the £2 coin" challenge was a right money spinner.

Come on Thistle, let's up the game lad!!

    Morning,

I hope everyone is doing ok this week. Personally, I'm really flagging at the moment. It's proving to be a taxing week. Still, my group is back in the hundreds which means my earnings are at an acceptable level.

My spending diary is coming along well. I've been 100% accurate so far which is good and bad. Good because I know where all my money has gone, bad because I now know where I waste money terribly. I'm hoping that trying to save money will help me lose weight - I'll be avoiding snacky type purchases!! Including all my bills, I've spent nearly £1,000 in 5 days.

Had my physiotherapy appointment on Tuesday so I have exercises to do and have been encouraged (told) to start swimming. Oh to find the time to be able to do that!!

Anyway, this morning I have an appointment with the features editor of the local paper. I'm trying to set up a relationship so that we can offer them editorials about weight issues and weightloss. It's one of the best advertising to olds we have to grow our groups.

    Seize the day!!!
