Thanks Ed, that would be great. He and I are sharing how to market future work effectively, and its really interesting to work on that with someone who's so different from me (and so nice
he does that Scots thing of calling me "hen"
).
My Wednesday has suddenly changed shape as the work has scattered to other days of the week, so today is writing, posting blogs, more bramble pruning, and getting the w/m on, which I'll do Right Now2023: the year I get to buy a car0 -
Haha - I like that you like 'hen' - Mrs E is not a fan of that particular usage!
He certainly has an interesting CV, I am finding all kinds of interesting Scots authors and bloggers on t'interweb these days.0 -
It's not familiar to me personally, though I knew about it from reading about it, so it doesn't ruffle me the way "love" would. And its only now and again :rotfl:2023: the year I get to buy a car0

Hi KC
You sound like you've been busy - especially with those brambles!
We have been discussing what we are going to do with our garden (complete blank canvas as previous owners took everything but the lawn out!!) Intend to make it lovely, but fairly low maintenance.
Hope your week is going well.

Hi MCI! Yep, they've been left long enough, they really need to get their comeuppanceI'm just about to head out there now, as I've **finally** finished uploading the two blogs. I wonder if I'm doing too many pictures? Maybe ... will have to rethink that. And little bits that you do by accident make a difference too - one title was a link, completely unintentional, and pix pile on top of one another until you go crazy with the line spacing
detail, detail!
Low maintenance garden - absolutely! I'm a big fan of herbs and perennials - with bark chippings or something in between to keep down the weeds. Ground cover works too, but it has to be *useful* plants - a creeping herb, like thyme or sage, is great for that. I'm only working in the garden (45 mins twice a week) because its been left for so long while I was ill, remember.
KW - I don't know if its illegal, but its certainly bad form. I've always taken clippings, and left the plants.2023: the year I get to buy a car0 -

there was a case a year or so back where someone took all the plants etc when they moved out and the judge went with the new owners as they had bought the house AND garden as seen and the previous owners had to make good and pay the feesMust use my stash up!0 -
Wow! MCI, take note!
Thanks KW2023: the year I get to buy a car0 -
