Games were brill and I actually won one (a commercialised version of tiddlywinks :rotfl:) as well as coming last in the other (pass the pigs :j, at least I eventually remembered how to score).

Today ... I scribbled my to-do list, but I really need to get it done, so I'm going to put it up here today, and update a couple of times:
- washing machine on
- check English banking
- pay credit cards
- check French banking
- post cat news work
- photo sprouts (for personal blog, eventually, and foraging book, eventually)
- download photos
- translate lease, continuing
- go to French owners forum.
- write postcard to friend I haven't seen for a while
- email science fiction friend about loncon3.
- British Heart Foundation - book online appointment for them to come remove the sofa I dislike. Which will commit me to buying replacement webbing for the sofa I *do* like.
- scanning and throwing stuff out :cool:

I bought them about 9 years ago in Central America & was told they were symbols of the Fertility Goddess. Was told to wear them in order to conceive healthy children. Well I still have no little ones, and have actually never worn them - so I guess by that reverse logic they work?!?:D;)

Would much rather have miracles than children - but then again children would be a miracle, so maybe I better not find them just incase the Fertility Goddess decides to take a shine to me???:rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:
