Yawns ... right, I have 3 hours of paid work, and other than that the focus *has* to be on packing to go away. Washing machine is on for the last time, and now I'm going to shut up about all this, and actually *do* some stuff :)

Morning! Right, I did a bit more than I thought yesterday, happy bunny about that - setting up bloggy stuff, its live, but I'm going to use a new theme before I start promoting it. Got to get the second one going now, and choose a pic to replace the generic one that's there.

I wrote my to-do list last night, and realised that lots of the stuff wouldn't take long, so here's the current state of play:

    [STRIKE]- holiday documents to kindle[/STRIKE]
    done!

[STRIKE]- a very last washing machine load [/STRIKE]
not only done but drying on the line :j

    [STRIKE]- pay French managing agent[/STRIKE]
done - online these days, so instant :j
[STRIKE]- pay HMRC - due at the end of the month[/STRIKE]
    also done

[STRIKE]- book blood tests for routine thingy.[/STRIKE]
    done

[STRIKE]- argh, still haven't written the follow up to complaint reply, I obviously hate it.
drafted - just letting it sit for a little bit before I go back and print it.[/STRIKE]
printed, got the stamp ready, just got the envelope to go :)

    - PACK
    partly done

    - find a nicer duvet than the scrappy one I've got on my bed right now.

[STRIKE]- harvest rhubarb, cook briefly, and freeze[/STRIKE]
picked - only 250g in the end, it doesn't want to come out of the ground :( so it now soaking in one third of the amount of sugar, as before :j

    - harvest some more blackcurrants (and get the ants off them before I wash and freeze them!).
only this one to go :j

Have a lovely hols. come back rested and raring to go :)
Made it to mortgage free but what a muddle that became

In the event the proverbial hits the fan then co-habitees are better stashing their cash than being mortgage free !!
