I use 123 reg - very basic, but fine for what I need. I just didn't see the domain I didn't want any more - you can set domains to auto expire or auto renew, and this one was set the wrong way! You'll need your own domain and hosting to monetise, I've found out that much - I have three (work, and the two prospective monetised blogs) and they're all at £6.98 each for two years - can't say fairer than that
2.5 hours work today, which is plenty in this heat **faints** at least I've got my little desk fan. The ongoing list till my holiday:
- tidying
- weeding
- paperwork
- clean up bathroom (which is mostly about mould, Gally will be pleased to hear, its just some bits in the grout)
- pack
Given that there's several jobs in each of those categories, thats enough
No more bees. Still think its odd. Bees don't freak me the way wasps do, but they just belong outside, amongst the flowers, poor little things. Not building a nest inside :cool:2023: the year I get to buy a car0 -
I love bees
They serve a vital purpose, they aren't prone to stinging, they produce honey, they are fluffy and are always a sign of summer. We have a huge flowering shrub that is planted along the length of our office building and it is *alive* with busy bees!0 -
I love that, Ed :j:j:j
My garden has so many bee-friendly plants, they don't have "lanes", that you see them fly. They fly every whichway, because they're spoilt for choice
There was a whole Egyptology lecture a few years back, all about Ancient Egyptian veneration of the bee :j Its not just cats2023: the year I get to buy a car0 -
Dental check up done and dusted - really tender around the extraction site, apparently I should've been carrying on longer with the salt gargles
so I've gone back to them.
Lots of tidying and cleaning being going on, tho not yet in the bathroomThats about it from the list, really, its felt impossible to be productive in this heat. Managed to get some sleep, though, and its cooler today, so I'm going to have something to eat and get down to it

GG and I were on one of our 6 mile hikes (all about steps/ Fitbit ya know) when we started talking about her "virtual fiends".
Now as one who she has had the actual pleasure in meeting and one who always has an encouraging word whenever I butt in you got a mention! And then she asked me to ask you (being not so brave herself, you understand) what had happened to the MOULD?. And she does have a point - it is sorted, isn't it?
I have a question too - not for now though - but if you go to P108 (I think it was) you might get a clue
Laters xx0 -
:hello: hello ahem :j
I know why she's sent you to askshe's too kind to want to be possibly thought of as nagging
she's been so sweet about the whole issue :kisses3:
Never fear :j its still at 90%, to my shame, but its genuinely earmarked for today. I'm just off to the shops (a cherry stoner, yummy little gifts as pressies for Norfolk rellies, basics like thatand when I come back, de-moulding is what I'll be doing. Can't be outside weeding on a day like today, so de-moulding it is ...
A little bit more weeding went well, too, and a bit more mulch put down. That's why I've decided to make a start on cleaning/de-moulding. I'm very chuffedit's lovely to *do* one thing and then still eventually have the energy to do something else :j
Laters  I'm off to look at page 1082023: the year I get to buy a car0 -
Oh, *my* page 108 :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:
That was done, honesttwo layers. No light shines through :j Haven't done the outside yet
just pretend I didn't say that. The mould is more important :rotfl:

Ta-da! I realised (before I bought a new one) that I already *have* a cherry stoner - bought during some trip to a Lakeland store, I think, when I wanted to buy something but didn't know what :rotfl:
Used £2.50 nectar vouchers - oh dear, I've lost track of all that since I changed my sigJust entered a voucher comp at the tell sainsbo website by giving feedback on my "visit". They won't be happy
I *did* buy the yummy gifts I wanted tho, so thats good.2023: the year I get to buy a car0 -

On behalf of Mr GG - that's not what he was talking about :rotfl:.A positive attitude may not solve all your problems, but it will annoy enough people to make it worth the effortMortgage Balance = £0

Olives, I wish, I love fresh olives
though cherries aren't bad either :rotfl: there are a *lot* of cherry trees round here, and they haven't fruited like this in the time I've been here, so I'm going to try to make some cherry jam
Gally - I've started to clean the bathroom _pale_ :rotfl: it's terribleand thats the real reason I haven't done anything recently. The focus on weeding is incidental. Digging up the ground and then mulching is a bleeping site easier :j
And omigod, page 108 - do you *know* how many things we managed to talk about on that page? Currency jokes, spilling stuff on the floor, weeding, a cash isa from stocks and shares, copywriting, talking to blithering financial companies, more weeding, laminated lists (for those of us in our dotage), spreadsheets and records and elance
I'm a bit slow on the uptake on these sorts of things, please excuse me and put me out of my misery :rotfl:2023: the year I get to buy a car0
