It'll be interesting to see how your version of dandelion honey turns out. I didn't even know there was such a thing as dandelion honey - I'm always learning :)

It *will* be interesting! This is more a "proof of concept" than anything else - the recipe I've written down seems way out of kilter. I've got 20 g of dandelion petals (not heads) and I can tell you, dandelions make a *fantastic* yellow dye :p my fingertips look like I've been a 50 a day smoker my whole life  A litre of water was supposed to be for 700ml of petals, but for my 20g of petals, I've put in 200g of water, and they're still thick in there.

2023: the year I get to buy a car
  • Good Luck with your eBay sales, KC:beer:

Advice from experienced sellers on eBay usually gives Sunday evening as the optimum finishing time for auctions. I usually time mine to end then but I don't know if they'd have been any better/worse ending on other days. Just so long as your end time doesn't coincide with something crucial on TV (although with today's technology I don't think 'live' TV transmission times matter much any more).

Thanks CBC! I'd heard of the Sunday thing, but I had to do it when the force was with me :) at least I delayed the start to 8pm tonight, and thats better than nothing.

I do wander down the byways, though ... go to ebay, and search in the "craft" department for cardboard tubes empty toilet rolls. Not a spoof!
