Oh, that looks good, knitwitch! Basically just mash everything together
thats my kind of recipe
Lets see if RT can compete with that :j
Weather here is *amazingly* beautiful! I'm sorry to keep giving a weather report, but although this winter wasn't a bad one, its felt like it would never end! I sat out while my (electric) kettle was boiling, thats enough for me, that gets my vit d stores on the way up again
So, some cleaning, check my trading website (should've done that this morning, but I woke really, really slowly). I *might* do some of that financial admin, but finishing off packing for tomorrow is more important.
ETA: sorry Ed, yes, exactly what you think - cardboard coated with tinfoiland propped (with a coat hanger, the pdf says!) at the correct angle to reflect down onto the food.
I used to love building blocks when I was a kid - this stuff is sort of like having building blocks, but whatever you build can then be used :j I like that.2023: the year I get to buy a car0 -
The hummus recipe sounds like it has an awful lot of tahini in it, or is that just me?A positive attitude may not solve all your problems, but it will annoy enough people to make it worth the effort

No clue what the usual proportion is
I wonder what could be used instead
ETA - I do now, sort of: http://www.mygreekdish.com/recipe/3-easy-delicious-homemade-hummus-recipes/
this one has a normal recipe, a make your own tahini recipe, and a no tahini at all recipe :j replaced with olive oil and garlic.
Fascinating! Thanks knitwitch! It'll be interesting to see what RT comes up with :beer:2023: the year I get to buy a car0 -
I woke up with the speed of a snail this morning. Is there any evolutionary advantage to insomnia? Not being eaten by a sabre tooth tiger, I suppose. Shame they've gone the way of the dinosaur. I made a to-do list on my phone, and its ridiculously long, given that I've been in such a la-la-la mode today, and I need to leave the house at 5pm ....
I'd like to move to Spain RIGHT NOW please2023: the year I get to buy a car0 -
I too have given up on sleeping, something like 3-4 weeks of broken sleep
Keeping my head down with spreadsheets and XIRR calculations0 -
Brilliant convo on your thread about XIRR ... something else I've never heard of ... **what** have I been doing all my life? Well, I know, but still ...
Anyway ... which one of you borrowed the neoprene case for my kindle?2023: the year I get to buy a car0 -
Not me, although we did just receive a neoprene baby 'wetsuit' from someone so that I can do the whole 'dad swimming lessons' thing :T
Ps. XIRR calcs are fun, I had 8.43% for last year, more than happy with that.0
