RT, you poor thing! Sort of makes sense of the "location" in your ID, doesn't it
I hope you had a seat, at least!
Truth to tell, if I didn't work from home, I'd be on the sick nowadays ... you know all that energy I had the last week or so? Gone  zippety doo dah  I really wasn't forcing myself to do anything, and I was only on the go for about 6 or 7 hours anyway each day, and I was having a lot of fun with what I was doing, but I'm completely zonked today, even so. I even went back to bed
Well, I'm up, cooking pasta, and I'll put the slow cooker and the dishwasher on in a bit, but thats it. I have to act like the elderly retired lady todayso at least I'll get to catch up on my iplayer downloads, especially now I've discovered the subtitle button :rotfl:
Hope everyone's doing well.2023: the year I get to buy a car0 -
Aw, sorry to hear that KC
Hope you're up and running again soon. Are you putting the subtitles on or taking them off??
And RT! Hope you're on the move soon too...0 -
Thanks Cheery - I'm just taking today off, thats all, I'm sure I'll be fine tomorrow. I'm supposed to be looking at hotels in Ypres for our Canadian soldier commemoration thing at the Menin Gate, but I'm sure one more day won't make too much difference.
The subtitles - I'm putting them on. Staying with my mother, even for four days at a time, has given me a lifelong aversion to loud television:rotfl: even if its only just loud enough for me to hear. Poldark is queuing up, but currently I'm going to watch Season 3 of Falling Skies - Noah Wyle in the alien apocalypse

Hope you're feeling better sweetie xxA positive attitude may not solve all your problems, but it will annoy enough people to make it worth the effort
