Thanks for posting their bank details. I am just wondering why they don't publish them on their website

I love crazy people who think every company, their dog and goldfish has a personal vendetta towards them! Bonkers!

Although i have now closed my account with Aqua I too was able to make payments etc online. Their website used to be very slow and well a tad rubbish but if something didn't work i used a magical device called...... wait for it.... a phone! Amazing aye! :T

If you say 'FRAUD' don't waste your time on FOS. Go directly to police.

    They will have a laugh.

I nearly missed the bit in silver.

Seriously though, the amount of things that people report to the Police which does not require their input is shocking, not to mention a complete waste of time.

Just to clarify - this is not me having a problem with their website. I can't pay AQUA by debit card because they deliberately don't allow me to do this - obviously for the purposes described in the original post (to charge me full interest).

Yes, they decided that they didn't like your name and so deliberately declined your payment to force you into paying interest. They did this whilst chuckling with evil laughter.

Meanwhile, in the real world, you'll find out that some part of the payment validation failed and they declined your payment as they couldn't verify the card holder. A simple, single phone call would have solved this problem but you decided to continuously retry via the website, thinking they have a personal vendetta against you.
  • With all respect, but the advice to use the phone nowadays is simply ridiculous like using fax instead of email. Seriously. It's 2014. Why I would I call them and wait till someone with undecipherable accent answers. Waste of time and I would not even understand them. I have a problem with that. Posting to forum is much quicker.

They open credit card accounts by internet, so they must support customers by email.
