AQUA credit card - BEWARE! FRAUD! CC company uses semi-criminal tactics!

OK, THE PROBLEM SOLVED by paying by bank transfer. Many thanks for your input.
(the problem was that AQUA didn't take payments by debit card card on their website and had been ignoring DD instruction change for over 12 working days, although they must change it within 7 days)

I have successfully paid Aqua by debit card on their website (many times) and also have their account details for payment (which has always been credited within 1-2 days).0

I've successfully paid aqua by direct debit each month, and several times using faster payments which has been credited to my account within hours, far faster than any other credit card I've ever paid.0

Sorry to hear of your troubles. You say you wont even try to contact them, well I would think it best to and explain your problems so they have the opportunity to address them and then if they fail go to the FOS.Nice to save.0

THEY DO NOT ALLOW YOU TO PAY BY DEBIT CARD!
If you have problems with the website, you can pay over the phone. They'll process your debit card.There is no option to pay by bank transfer either.I will not even try to call them and waste any more time on them. I will complain directly to FOS.0 -

You can confirm the details on the Aqua website. I have paid via this method for the last 2 1/2 years. Hope that helps0 -

Just to clarify - this is not me having a problem with their website. I can't pay AQUA by debit card because they deliberately don't allow me to do this - obviously for the purposes described in the original post (to charge me full interest). This is not a coincidence when I have been trying to do this for 3 weeks. I actively use a number of credit cards from different banks and have never experienced a problem with paying by debit card.
Thanks for posting their bank details. I am just wondering why they don't publish them on their website (not in the account area either). I assumed they simply don't take bank payments.
I guess they don't take payments from new customers and even the account area for new customers looks differently (no bank details). Otherwise who on earth would use them at all?

I have called them when I was unable to pay by debit card. It can apparently happen if your address has a hyphen in the street numbers. Their online system is not able to cope at present with those addresses they said.
They offered to do the payment over the phone for me. But I had already done a faster payment, so I bare it in mind for the future (all 6 days of it for the 3% cashback card) .
As mentioned above the bank payment details are on the reverse of the statement.0
