Parking Eye - Aldi

hi all,

Today, together with the mail I received a request for payment of ParkingEye for parked car. My car was parked for 1 hour and 37 minutes. Unfortunately I do not have a receipt from the store. I read a little forum and getting lost in the way in which I can appeal the payment. Telling the truth I'm a little upset because the parking fee if I remember was 1 pound, and here got penalty on 70... Can somebody help me please?

after you have complained to aldi customer service (check bank receipts etc if no store ticket, also try a complaint to the store manager telling the approximate time of store exit and what you bought that day)
