    What?

I'm sorry Hpuse, but once again I find myself saying that I simply cannot understand what you are trying to say.

Im presuming your asking about my beliefs? If so, that has nothing to do with this thread.

I deal in facts. The fact is, these sites are legal. They advertise what service they offer. If people are too rushed/lazy to read what they are buying then more fool them.

I dont think websites that are legal and comply with the ASA should be removed/altered or anything along those lines.

I also deal in facts, Rogue

    Facts:
These sites are misleading, misrepresenting and using unfair trading means on their purchase contracts while operating legally.

Hence they are in borderline with what is legally termed as fraud - but it is upto authorities to prove/disprove them.

Most importantly, to me, consumers who have lost money deserves their money back. Unless they fight their case, they will not stand a chance to get their money back. My purpose of posting (OP) is to help that 'someone' who has lost money and attempt to recover the same (for e.g kieth-66). I also wonder what is your purpose of staying/posting here?

You clearly don't deal in facts because none of what you have stated is correct!

    - These sites are legal.
    - They have been investigated by the OFT and cleared.
    - They make it very clear what service they offer.
    - Banks have said they are not misleading.

    All facts.

Anyway, were going over old ground.

My purpose of posting here is no business of yours! This is a free forum in the public domain. I dont and wont answer to you.

    @powerful_Rogue et all .

Ah! Thanks for that. I will quote the same answer to the following that has been asked repeatedly to me:

    Un-answered personal questions
    - Have I got my money back ?
    - Have I complained to OFT and ASA ?
    - Have I raised the matter with my local MP ?

    You are wrong!
If the website they used offers a refund policy, they can request that refund - without having to fight for it.

It's been pointed out many, many times that even if someone follows your advice to-the-letter they may not get their money back.

In fact, you admitted as much yesterday:

The process described above in post #642 is for helping the bank with dispute resolution process. Not guaranteeing a refund.

Experiences posted on here recently plus news articles - despite your insistence in disregarding them - back up the reality that some financial institutions are rejecting disputes.

So your 'purpose in posting' may be diddly-squat help to keith-66 or anyone else.

Please read OP and step a). That is exactly what is asking the consumer to do.There is nothing controversial in OP -and it is inline with a bank's dispute resolution process.

It will stay forever, whether keith-66 gets refund or not. Period.

I have read your OP - numerous times.
I'm not talking about what your OP states.
I'm talking about your post #683 in which you wrote this:

My point is - which you appear to have totally misunderstood - that if the website offers a refund, you simply request it.
You do not have to fight your case to stand a chance of getting your money back.

    So - you are wrong!

Slightly different, but I wouldn't expect anything different from you hpuse.

    You asked me:
I also wonder what is your purpose of staying/posting here?

I don't have to tell you what my purpose of staying and/or posting in this thread is. However, had you asked me questions relating to the discussion taking place, I will more then happily answer.

    See the difference?

    See the difference?

I am happy if you see the difference too!
OP is aimed and targeted collectively at people who have lost money to copycats, not singletons like "you" or "I".

However, I will happily help someone like keith-66 in the process without asking him personal questions. I am glad if you now understand, sometimes it takes time :-)
