Do you think that post is still relevant?
If not would you care to edit and remove the same ?
Do you now understand ASA is doing something about it?
Who is posting gibberish now ?
Once again, if you do not have anything to contribute to the title of this thread stop self-defending rubbish you have posted like above. It will add more intellectual value with silence switched on..
House, its not up to you who posts and what they post. This is a public forum.
Public means anyone, forum means discussion site.
You are posting wrong information.
You are blatantly lying, eg ASA is not doing anything about these sites, because they are not yet breaking any law.
You really would be better asking people to contact their MP and hassle said MP til something is done.63 mortgage payments to go.

Hahaha ..I asked pollycat to review her posting showing evidence- but someone else jumps in as defence ...when emotions overrule conscience, postings becomes pant-wettingly funny to read! :rotfl:0 -
Lot of masking attempts going on in this thread.
OP is indeed trying to help someone like me to recover money.
I can also confirm that my credit-card issuer has confirmed the same with regards to dispute resolution process outlined.
I also believe you and hpuse are one and the same.
Numerous times you have been asked in this thread as to which website you made your purchase from and have you checked their terms and conditions in relation to a refund - everytime you have ignored that question.0 -

Since I see my handle mentioned:
Back to basics: Question to ask is, do you think your believes are contributing to a good cause of this thread?0 -

As you've pointed out, I posted on 15/1/2014.
You, however, edited your post on 24/1/2014 - 9 days after I made my comment.
But that makes no difference at all.
Everything I posted in my post #9 is still relevant.
So I will not be going back to edit and remove 'the same'.
In fact, I'm going to repost this (from my post #9) -If you take Hpuse's advice (as a 'first step') and don't follow their process, you may not get your refund at all.
Are you listening, keith-66?Pollycat

It's patently clear that you do not understand sarcasm.
I was pointing out that ASA told these companies this:The ads must not appear again in their current form. We told Passport-UK to clearly communicate the nature of their service and the fact that the fee for their service did not include the fee levied by HMPO for a Passport, in their marketing communications. In addition, we told them to ensure they did not misleadingly imply that they were the official HMPO.
No gibberish there, hpuse.
If you can't understand plain English, it's not my fault.Once again, if you do not have anything to contribute to the title of this thread stop self-defending rubbish you have posted like above. It will add more intellectual value with silence switched on..
As missprice says, it's a public forum.
And what on earth does 'self-defending' mean? :rotfl:0 -

Im presuming your asking about my beliefs? If so, that has nothing to do with this thread.
I deal in facts. The fact is, these sites are legal. They advertise what service they offer. If people are too rushed/lazy to read what they are buying then more fool them.
I dont think websites that are legal and comply with the ASA should be removed/altered or anything along those lines.0
