Thats because the websites mentioned in that link are phishing websites - websites that steal your log in details and then empty your account.
Totally different to the "copycat" werbsites. Its a bit like comparing chalk and cheese.
I can safely say, no-one here would support phishing websites as what they do is illegal.

That still has nothing to do with irrelevant phishing sites which have nothing to do with copycat sites. All the phishing sites listed in that article are US based anyway.
