Sorry chaps, was away....Hope you folks are doing well and enjoying the summer.

I have one update for you from the acer's

Copycat websites – we banned several ads and claims on websites by companies charging a premium for services such as passport and driving licence renewals that are provided much cheaper or even free by Government. We also commissioned research to help us understand how these sites cause confusion and help us tackle poor practice

BoP, you wish and look forward to see what majority of others do not wish to see on Google results. What an Irony, and 10K+ thanker's cannot simply be wrong!... well, that is my wish.
  • I nearly got duped into using this europeanhealthcard.org.uk to renew my E111 but got suspicious before putting in my bank details. I did however put in mine and my wife's National Insurance No., DOB and address. Should I be worried?

Sometimes law enforcement act in such a way to create a 'market' to woo the perpetrators of crime and then uproot the scumbags ...

May be that is the reason why driving license copycat ads are still open on google.

Those idiotic scumbags keep registering new copycat websites seeing that as an opportunity...LOL !!!:rotfl:

It's too late to report as I don't see those nasty copycat passport advertisements anymore on Google, Pollycat.
And our govt appears to have started the process of taking ownership of such copycat domains(see the above post#1501.
What do I do Pollycat, please suggest some advise here, I promise I will thank you. :T

So, hpuse - as this website has just been set up, do you intend to report it?

    Surely it's not too late.....

And how do you think the process of our govt taking ownership of such copycat domains is going in the light of this recent new website?

Seems like the people working 24/7 for Google aren't doing too well, wouldn't you agree?
