Oh no, missprice, now you've gone and done it.

You've mentioned the 'r' word again - and we all know that Hpuse doesn't think it necessary for people to 'read' anything. :rotfl:

There is a bunch of folks here thinking "reading" is eveything and the world ends before a consumer if he or she fail to read t&c's before clicking. Some others simply exist to applaud such postings saying those companies are not doing anything illegal.

Irony is, those very same folks fail to "read" the title of this thread.

Repeated 3 times so far in this thread that its not about "reading" before it purchasing.
This thread is all about a consumers "rights" if they think got ripped-off by a company. If people do not have anything to contribute they should simply learn to shut up.

But it is not possible to legislate against the stupidity of human beings, these forums a re a prime example of that.

I'm afraid I don't agree with that view.

I'm afraid I disagree with your disagreement. ;)

Never try to make something idiot-proof - it's a waste of time as Nature will always trump you by making a better class of idiot. :D

    Guessing you mean "thinking caps"...?

I've got an IQ of 159, but I can't understand what you're wittering on about in the above post.

Do you need some help? Is there anyone we can call for you...?

Gosh! this thread is a factual asset collection of intellects...
One with "17 years" banking dispute experience and now a poster who claims an IQ of 159 ; asking whether caps means hats :rotfl:

And of course ...now a million thankers to follow...

If I had the same view as yours, I would say people should be denied buying insurance policies for "stupidly driving" even once .....It just simply does not make sense....

    - would you please care to comment?

I think if people have done some form of "stupidly driving", such as causing an accident, then I have a novel idea, which won't make sense to you...

"Remove or reduce their no-claims discount so that it costs them more the next year."

But it appears you believe that if people park on double yellow lines, or drive at 70mph in a 30mph zone, then the law should be changed to allow that, after all, it's not their fault that they did those things, they didn't read the speed limit or parking restrictions.
    1. Have you tried to Google the answer?
    2. If you were in the other person's shoes, how would you react?
    3. Do you want a quick answer or better understanding?

    @WTFH

You still have not commented on the below:
    Which came first ?

    - a stupid non-reading consumer "clicking" YES/I AGREE or this "rip-off" business that designed t&c's ?

Most importantly, what do you think, should be taken-off first?

    - would you please care to comment?

PS: People with IQ of 159 are also welcome to comment, and all the 'thankers' too..

Hpuse, why are you wasting your energy abusing every poster who dares to disagree with you?

You are far too easily led astray.

You should be addressing the important stuff, or is there nothing more to be said about that?

    As you said yourself:

    Well, this actually: http://www.jcbcard.com/

But I like your idea better - giving the OP something to help dig themselves out of a hole.
