NSD 8/20 yesterday, definitely need more of these esp with spending so much of the grocery budget already.
Ran home from work, just a 30 min run but it really helped clear my head. Work is horrendously busy at the moment and in the past of couple days I feel like I've barely made a dent in my to-do list.
Just been to the doctors so I've got an appointment next week with the nurse to get my bloods taken. I've also got a 2 week prescription for stronger painkillers to tide me over until my dental appointment.Mortgage 26.4.25 - £108,500 1.8.25 - £106,362.86

No I haven't. The tooth itself is not actually particularly sore, just very sensitive. The pain is more along my jaw line, would clove oil still help for this?

Not sure about the clove oil but I'd still give it a try in the hope it would reduce the need for painkillers. They tend to do unpleasant things to my tummy.Mortgage at 01.01.14 £119,481.83:eek: today £0 Emergency fund £5.5/5.5k & £200/200 cash.:jWeight 24/02/19 14st 7lb now 12st determined to stop defining myself by my mistakes. Thanks INOD, I got some on Monday. Can't say I've noticed a difference so far but worth a go. Thankfully the painkillers aren't affecting my stomach.

Went for a run with my friend on Wed evening which was lovely as haven't seen her for a few weeks. Definitely need to invest in some winter running gear as I got a bit cold and some bits were quite dark so could do with a head torch.
NSD on Wed which takes me to 12/20. Yesterday I spent £12.51 in the supermarket, needed coffee, teabags and a bulb for the sitting room lamp.
