Yesterday, I did absolutely nothing except lie on the sofa but at least it was a NSD
Today I have woken up feeling better than I did yesterday which is something, although still not feeling that great. OH was starting to complain of a sore throat last night so looks like I have passed it on to him.
I'll need to pop out to get some milk later so today won't be a NSD. I haven't left the flat for 2 days so it will be good to get out and get some fresh air. My sister is up tonight so we are going out for tea but she said that it would be her treatgreat as I only have a few pounds left until payday tomorrow.
Budget - 1099.25 (from monthly and weekly wage)
- 910.00 for rent, council tax and loan
- 75.00 for cc payments
- 35.00 for direct debits
- 22.00 for TV licence and library fine
- 10.00 for lunch tomorrow (meeting a friend)
- 15.00 for 'date nights'
- 20.00 food
Leaving me 12.25 for anything else that might come up. Hopefully I'll be able to save a little bit from the food and lunch out budgets, however, everything else is pretty much set in stone.
I'm stressing out a bit about the hen weekend as I have no spending money saved for it at all and its next weekend. I can't afford to put anything into the fund this week which means it will all have to come from my weekly wage next Friday. Since I'm only working Sunday for 2nd job then it isn't going to be a huge wage. However, the 40.00 OnePoll payment should hit paypal before I go so that will give it a boost. I will also get my 5.00 Reward from the bank so shall put that towards the fund as well.Mortgage 26.4.25 - £108,500 1.8.25 - £106,362.86

I have been out and bought milk - 1.60 spent. I won't be spending anything else today as I have a grand total of 68p in my purse.
I remembered that I will need 15.00 this month to pay for registration to the SSSC which I need to do for my job. I also remembered that I was going to pay for the race that I am planning to do with friends later on in the year, however, think this will have to wait until next month.
My plan for today is to catch up on washing and ironing so that I can then spend my last day of holiday tomorrow relaxing before going back to work on saturday.Mortgage 26.4.25 - £108,500 1.8.25 - £106,362.86

Payday today and 75.00 paid off the credit cards taking my total debt down to 9749.53 - 6.8% paid
.
Think my mini target of getting to 12.5% paid by my birthday is a bit ambitious as I don't think I'll manage to pay off 5.7% in 6 weeks, not with a hen weekend and wedding between now and then.
Will see how I go but even if I achieve 10% paid I'll be happy!
Spent £6 on lunch today so happy with that. Went and paid the library fine too.Mortgage 26.4.25 - £108,500 1.8.25 - £106,362.86

First day back at work was fine but very tiring as there was a lot to catch up on. I'm going to get an early night tonight as on a double shift tomorrow.
Today I spent 4.63 on bread, sugar and coffee. Plan is to go to A*di on Tuesday which is my day off.
I got an email yesterday reminding me that my 6 month check-up at the dentist is due. Have made an appointment for a couple of weeks time. I'm a bit worried about going as last time I went, I needed a few fillings and it cost over 200.00  Hopefully this time I won't need any treatment.Mortgage 26.4.25 - £108,500 1.8.25 - £106,362.86

Only spend for today was £1.60 on bus fare. Went to hand in timesheet for 2nd job so I don't have to do it in the morning.
I'm absolutely shattered so a quick hot chocolate once I get home and then bed. I'm still not feeling 100% and its a long day again tomorrow.
I went to pay my tv licence online earlier and it said that my account is up to date so have put the £13 towards spending money for the hen weekend.
I was also looking at travel tickets for the next hen weekend and they are cheap at the moment so will need to get them booked as soon as I can.Mortgage 26.4.25 - £108,500 1.8.25 - £106,362.86

Nothing to report from today except I'm glad it's over and I'm looking forward to a day off tomorrow. It was also a NSDMortgage 26.4.25 - £108,500 1.8.25 - £106,362.86

Thanks, definitely feeling a bit better. I'm even going to head to the gym shortly to meet my friend. First time I will have been in well over a week.
Have had a fairly relaxed day off, I went to A*di earlier without OH as he is feeling really poorly at the moment. I somehow managed to spend 24.47 which means I've totally blown the food budget for the week
The rent and christmas savings direct debits have gone out today. I have also paid the council tax.Mortgage 26.4.25 - £108,500 1.8.25 - £106,362.86

Today was almost a NSD - just 2.10 for the bus home from work. I was planning to go and hand in my timesheet for 2nd job after work as I have no more shifts with them this week but I was too tired. Will do it tomorrow after work instead.
My 5.00 bank account reward was credited today so have put that into the hen weekend fund. I was discussing my stressing about lack of spending money with OH tonight so he suggested that I put my share of the 'date night' money towards it and I can either put it back in later on in the month or pay more next month so that's another 15.00 in the fund.
Unfortunately the OnePoll money has not yet cleared in Paypal so still waiting for that. I sent them an email today as its now been over 28 days since I redeemed the money. Fingers crossed that it clears before Friday but not counting on it.
My payslip for 2nd job should be through tomorrow so I will be able to see how much spending money I can take from there. I will just have to be careful with my money while I'm away. I'm planning to use my Boots points to get a meal deal and some magazines for the train journey down on Friday.Mortgage 26.4.25 - £108,500 1.8.25 - £106,362.86

Yesterday was utterly miserable - I discovered I had a hole in the sole of one of my trainers when I was walking home from work and got completely soaked as they were leaking and then my umbrella blew inside out so many times it ripped away from the frame. I plan to go to P*undland today to get a new umbrella but new trainers will have to wait a while longer.
I decided yesterday to buy train tickets for the next hen weekend using money I had put by for the entrance fee to the race just in case they go up in price. So 22.60 paid for a return to Edinburgh which is really good. I'll pick the tickets up when I'm at the station today. Other than that I spent no money yesterday
I got paid today from weekly job - 61.83. I have made a 1.83 payment to cc1, put 30.00 by for food and bus fare this week and 30.00 for spending money for this weekend.
The money from OnePoll still hasn't cleared in paypal so I have transferred some money from the electricity fund to use for spending money which I will replace with the OnePoll money when it finally clears.
I have managed to cobble together about 100.00 spending money for this weekend but really hoping to spend a lot less. I'm meeting my friend at the station at 11.30 so I suppose I better jump in the shower and start getting myself organised. Hope everyone has a good weekend.Mortgage 26.4.25 - £108,500 1.8.25 - £106,362.86
