T Mobile PAC Rip Off Charge

Hi all
Has anyone else left T Mobile using PAC code then found they had been ripped off?
In the last month of my contract I requested a PAC code from T Mobile which I received without too much hassle. I was advised that this now counted as my 30days notice period and that I would charged for that once I used the code taking me past my contract end date
The transfer went well and I used my T mobile sim until it stopped working on the day of the transfer as advised then I put the new Three one in and all working
Christmas Eve comes and I receive a bill from T Mobile for nearly £200
The long and short is that I have been charged for out of allowance data a pitiful 23 MB yes MB at £151 plus vat and also early termination charge of £12.50
Obviously I didn't agree with this and rung their customer services straight away and was actually advised that someone from the billing team would look at it and get back to me within 3-5 days.
Still no response despite several calls
My argument is that I was charged for line rental on day of changeover so why out of allowance usage? I barely used the data and that's the only usage. I was never advised not to use phone on the changeover day.
What really annoys me is the charge for the data 23MB for £150 you can roam and get 20MBs for £1. Three charge 3p per MB so 69p on pay as you go
I can't see what more I could have done to avoid the charge other than stop using sim straight away which would have left me with no working phone. I was charged a month so why no data on the changeover day? At no point did the charge show on the account prior to the bill being issued.
I have to say the whole experience with their customer services as been painful.
Have others experienced similar or is this a one off?
My wife also upgraded to stay with them at same time and as been charged £15 extra. If this happens regularly they could be making a small fortune as my wife never checks online bill and only did on this occasion because of my experience. I think many others wont bother checking either.

It gets worse
I got a text today saying my bill was overdue requesting payment
So I rung again and 150 telephone options had changed a little and I ended up speaking to someone in collections whom promptly asked for payment and was put out when I said I hadn't intention of paying.
I then explained the saga but she wasn't listening and said I should pay up as I only raised bill complaint on the 13th Jan. I promptly pointed out I raised it on 24th dec when I received bill and had chased up every Monday/ Friday since.
It seems clock has restarted after I chased up on monday
Apparently I have 10 days to pay or they will suspend account
How do I get them to listen?0
