OK..... this DEFINITELY souns like something to do with your laptop power saving settings. For some reason it seems your laptop, in an effort to save power, is turning your wireless device in your laptop off thinking it is not in use (even though it actually is). Because your PC is fine connecting we can discount signal strength, router and anything else that is not directly related to the laptop. Maybe get a hold of your laptop manufacturer, if it is still under warranty they will be more keen to help you get it fixed while your at home instead of take it in which really is more convenient anyways .. hehe.
Hope that helps .... sorry I can't give a definite solution but variations in power management happen across the different brands.
I have emailed them and waiting to hear back - laptop came from powerplay as insurance replacement for my fujitsu that died from tea allergy got it last week. Have also emailed power play re probsI am responsible me, myself and I alone I am not the keeper others thoughts and words.0 -
AAAHHHH .. just made a post about this site. Give a site called https://www.protonic.com a try as well. They are freely available, volunteer technicians (I used to be one meself and know the quality), and you only pay if you choose to donate but there really is no need. You never know, one of the techs may be a Fujitsu expert and used to work in a Fujitsu assembly plant. You never know.0
