Not recently. Last time I spoke to them I think they said they don't log such things if I remember correctly.0

They should log receipt of requests for MR - phone again, asking for an escalation to the manager for a callback.
But, all things involving ESA seem to be taking ages at the moment, so it may be a while, but chase up what us happening with the MR request, as if that fails you will need to request a full appeal.
