O2 terms and conditions change?!

This seems to be universal practice amongst service providers. You never catch companies like O2, Vodafone, BT etc offering 500 mins or evening calls using the term free but as soon as it comes to installations, equipment or "gifts" the term free is rammed down your throat.
If just one challenged another and won the word free would vanish. Free is the ultimate buzz word I doubt any SP would want to lose it.0 -
You are quoting this out of context. But taking the CPW example, how is 'From £37 a month' 'the unavoidable cost of responding to the commercial practice and collecting or paying for delivery of the item'?
In CPW's case the 'unavoidable cost' is zero, but it's described as "FREE from £37 per month", not as "FREE".0
