Please do not try to twsit my post, I was stating I wil not regret working for DWP, do I love my job, No. I have never said I did. I will do any job (where as you seem to feel working for DWP is beneath you) to support my family.

I have clearly stated what I feel about JSA and that it should be a shortfall back into employment, people who are unfortunate and not able to support themselves are supported by a fair system. What may I ask is wrong with this?

I support people into work if they want it and I refer those who don't want help and who do not comply with the regulations for claiming JSA to a decision maker.
I am not responsible for those who chose to not comply, I comply with the terms and conditions of my job why should anyone else be any different.

All I stated was that there was no need for you to abuse people who offer correct advice to those who ask a question. You do not know me and I do not know you, I have not insluted you, made accusations, merely pointed out you do not have to be abusive to others. You really feel it is fair that JCP staff should have to put up with the abuse you offer on a daily basis, smile and say nothing?

Try writing to your MP and getting the system changed. Good luck.
