I always add oats to muffins, lovely with dried fruit and nuts.Great for the morning

They would be great to make flavoured porridge pancakes, you won't even need to leave the batter to soak the oats. I'd say one egg to 3 sachets and as much milk to make a thick batter, mmm it sounds delicious!

As well as using in muffins how about a crumble muffin topping. I used to make a blueberry muffin that had a crumble topping (think it was butter/oats/brownsugar mixed together), you sprinkled the topping on the raw mix before baking yummy mmmmmm.
