They would be great to make flavoured porridge pancakes, you won't even need to leave the batter to soak the oats. I'd say one egg to 3 sachets and as much milk to make a thick batter, mmm it sounds delicious!Living cheap in central London :rotfl:0

Don;t see why you couldn;t. You could add them to crumble mixes too

As well as using in muffins how about a crumble muffin topping. I used to make a blueberry muffin that had a crumble topping (think it was butter/oats/brownsugar mixed together), you sprinkled the topping on the raw mix before baking yummy mmmmmm.
