Something out of nothing but I felt like posting...
I called Moneyshop to ask for an update on my complaint, I actually spoke to them last week as it had been 4 weeks since I logged it and their "bumpf" said they aim to give a final response within 4 weeks so I chanced my arm
Last week they said they'd prioritise it and call me in a couple of days, today they said they've a huge backlog and low staff but they'd prioritise it...
I'm not optimistic about timescales but I don't mind as it's still inside of 8 weeks and the lady was very apologetic about the delay and really quite nice.
8 weeks is up on the 25th of Julytime will tell but I'm happy for it to tick along just yet...

Hi MB
How weird that you felt better when you were running faster! Perhaps the motion was smoother on your back. Only thing I can suggest is that you run at a speed of 4.7mph instead of catching the bus to town! (But that still doesn't help when you stop does it?!)
Seriously I hope the gym has helped ease the pain after the scan. Have a virtual beer on me for keeping your sense of humour through all this! Finally Debt Free! - July 2016 🌟

Hi SSG,
This is my last post of the night, I hope you feel honoured
I know 4.7 mph sounds like a run but I was actually just walking fast, well limping quickly LOL and I think it felt comfortable because I was too busy not flying off the end! I sort of feel good... I ache a lot but it's satisfying to be aching from an activity as opposed to virtual inactivity!
Happy to share a brewski with you

Thursday 3rd of July
Well, my back could have been worse LOL
I didn't sleep too well last night but I don't mind as I've slept too much through the day recently so it balances out right?
I went for a walk, did someone get the name of the horse that kicked me in the back? No apples for Neddy today... Little sh*t...
I tried speeding up my walk today on the way back thinking if I could hit 4.7 mph then maybe it would ease off... It didn't or rather I didn't LOL have you ever seen those poor folk who sort of half walk half sprint while talking to themselves being oblivious to the rest of the world? That was me todayI did however spot the squished pigeon in time which was a relief as it was still juicy

Yeah, probably but I'm a sick sick man...
Friday 4th of July!
It's Tour De France weekend and they're going down my street! I don't even have to leave my roomit's times like this that I wish I either had a camera or a decent camera phone so I could take some snaps and post them on here
Still, I have had a few "friends" offer to come around for a catch up - which is a bit odd as I've not seen them for over a year, is it coincidence? Hmmm... LOL sadly I couldn't care less about holding a grudge and it'll be nice to see them... If they bring beer for a poor frail chumoh woe is me LOL
On another note, I found out this morning that the lovely cherry tree in the back garden has fruit which taste like boiled Brussel sprouts mmmmmm... Yummy! Hopefully they're just not quite ripe, fingers crossed he?
Ciao

Wednesday 9th of July
So... It looks like I may be on the verge of getting an F&F on one of my biggest creditors which is quite exciting...
It's about a 30% reduction on an ex Credit Union loan (I don't feel bad as they went into receivership before my DMP started so the locals aren't losing out) and really it's just them letting me pay back the remainder of what they loaned to me (I.e. they're knocking off the interest).
This means, if it is accepted of course, that for £1500 I'll be wiping out a £2235 debt
That will take my total outstanding debt down to £9730 which is under £10k!!!! HURRAH!!! and about 50% of my original debt!!! DOUBLE HURRAH!!!
And this still leave me with about another £1500 to use for debt repayments
In the meantime, the cash is sitting in an ISA earning me interestCushdy...

Hi,
Well, at the moment out of the £200 I pay they get £50.27 so that's a decimal point over a quarter of my total payment!
A big wedge, and that'll mean when I eventually get back to £500 pcm then it goes up to £126.08 to them - or would do but now that'll be getting dished out among the others...
It's actually quite exciting which is an odd thing to do as I'm getting more enjoyment out of repaying my debts than I ever would just spending the cash! LOL funny when you think about it... I guess saving afterwards will be a breeze

Great news on the F&F!
I was in your neck of the woods at the weekend. I did look for a guy dancing salsa but you weren't out! Finally Debt Free! - July 2016 🌟
