Too hot, sod the budget! I've bought a box of Magnum ice creams (3 for £1.37 at Sainsburys) and a four pack of little stubby Stella Artois (so sod drinking on medication as well) which were 4 for £3

Hi MB,
Glad your enjoying the sunshine, I expect you have eaten all your ice creams and drank the beer by now...!!
I think you need to find a new hobby that isn't song writing or perving on young girls... You'll get a name for yourself....:D
Enjoy the rest of the weekend and I hope the back is behaving itself...

Wotcha Puzz,
Well the ice creams have all gone (I did give one away to a housemate though) but I only managed a couple of beers before feeling a wee bit squiffy LOL I'm such a lightweight! I blame the drugs...
I have a hobby, it's doing all these frikken exercises my physio has given me LOL I should by rights be a toned Greek god with a limp but I'm more like a gorilla... I swear to god, zoologists are going to start watching me through my window the way I'm going LOL
I agree re. the perving though, I smiled at a girl yesterday and she came to talk to me!!!! I'm like a dog chasing cars, I have no idea what to do when I catch one
How about you? What are you doing for fun in the sun?

Regardless of your back, you always seem pretty chirpy
. The best way to go through life. Went for a spur of the moment day out to Llandudno yesterday. Making the most of the sun before the rain starts tonight
. Budget's gone a tad wrong this month but, fingers crossed, I should still have a positive bank balance next pay day. Next on my list is kids uniform & car insurance. Dd2 only started high school last September & could get a little more wear out of uniform. But the school have decided to change the whole bloody thing!! £85 for one uniform (blazer, jumper, skirt & tie). Not a happy bunny. Best go & pick dd1 up from a party. Take care

Hi Tina,
Yep, I feel like I've gone through quite a lot and now am comfortable in my own skinjust a shame about the bits under my skin LOL my back is being a right !!!!!! head!
Sure, life could be better but it's not bad! And I think a lot of people forget that... It's a huge cliche but when life gives you Lemons, make Lemonade! And there certainly is no point bottling it up which is why I often come on here just to put my thoughts down even if they're not finance related...
Really jealous about you having a day out tho! I'd have killed to do something nice today, and every now and again I think it's ok to "stretch" the budget a little because you're only human after all and lets not forget this is England and this weekend could be our Summer!!! *GULP*
£85 for a uniform!!!! Bloody hell, I think I have a new money making idea... A school uniform onesie... LOL it could work
