''and also pls if someone registered with ebay could possibly warn the highest bidder on this (£102), that she/he is not actually buying the unit, but only the mobile phone matrix link. bid ending on 4th nov. ''

I would be very careful about warning potential buyers. Contacting buyers like this is considered auction interference and can get a warning put on your account. It's no good even setting up false accounts to interfere as if you lose one account all the associated accounts are lost as well.

Now they're even selling links to the "Ebay Song"  What next  ::)  Plus he's got it listed about 100 times   :o:o

Wirm:  Your campaign's going to need some man power to shift that lot!!

At least we have a really generous person on this site that posted the link for free, just think of the money he could have made on ebay - even given up his day job  ;)

What a muppet this ebayer is! He/she's got 115 separate auctions, each with a listing fee of 15p, listing designer fee of 7p and a buy it now fee of 6p. 115 x 28p = £32.20 before they've even sold 1 - that's without final value fees and paypal's cut as well.

I say leave well alone - they're not likely to sell many and if the auctions get pulled the listing fees will be refunded ;D

If you list one, they will take your money and run to the bank.

If they are questioned on a consumer program they will say that it is against their rules http://pages.ebay.co.uk/help/policies/catalogs.html.

If you report a seller quoting their rules, they will ignore you, take the sellers money and run to the bank.

The 4th November was a Free Listing Day for items up to 99p and they've used turbo lister so there is no designer fee either.

With 88.9% feedback he'd have to be lucky to get any bidders for such a dreadful auction.
