    Many Thanks
  • Hi cherry jack, not sure but hopefully some more experience debaters can help. Would be useful to know.

    So Januarys total is...

    £280.67

The best part is it was stuff that needed to go, rehoused 54 items! Bring on February.

    How did everyone else do?

  • After fees and postage, £35. Not good. The amount that got swallowed up by fees is so disheartening. Might try out Facebook groups.

    You've done amazingly though!

Hi chickennoodle, this is the first time I've posted, but I've been following your thread with interest. Well done on your January total.:T

Last month I made £276.75 on ebay, that's before fees and postage though so would be quite a bit less in total. That included selling my old laptop with a defunct hard drive for £105!!

I saw a digital piano on our local facebook selling page for £50 last week and bought that, I've now put my pretty new digital yamaha piano on Ebay with current bids of £310. So I still get to play the piano, albeit not such a nice one, and make a profit!

I've been racking my brains where to find stuff to buy and sell. I did go to a car boot at the weekend but not much doing. I'll keep trying though, as I've not got much of value in the house now.

I think Ebay tend to side with the buyer in those cases, it's not happened to me, but I've heard a few stories from others. I always send by recorded delivery now, or if its of value then special delivery, or courier.
Has the buyer opened a dispute?
