ICICI Bank - 1 Year Fixed Rate HiSave account maturing

In December 2012 I applied to open the HiSave 1 Year Fixed Rate of 2.49% with ICICI Bank, as it was the best 1 year saving rate given on MSE. I applied just before Christmas, and the money was taken out of my current account at the start of January 2013. I've had statements from ICICI in 2013, accessing them online through logging on to my account.
I would have expected an email in Dec or early Jan to say my account was maturing and giving my options - but I've heard nothing. Last week I also found I couldn't log on to my account any more. I've emailed them, but had no reply. I tried the phone number I used to activate my user ID a year ago, but that seems to be an old one - obviously having found a new one on their website, I'll try that next week... but in the meantime ...
As other people here must have invested in the same product a year ago given it was highlighted by MSE, is anyone else having the same problem? Or has anyone heard from ICICI about the options for the maturing account?
I'm not worrying too much yet, it just seemed odd that my User ID for logging on has become invalid, so i can't see that my savings are still sitting there.

Here's your answer: http://www.icicibank.co.uk/personal/faqs/hisave-fixed-rate-account-maturities.html#link1
I've currently got a 3 year fixed term account with them.
Email responses and their telephone advisers are pretty rubbish...worrying in fact.
But I manage all my accounts with them online; quite happy to do the basic jobs myself.:grouphug:Official MSE canny forumite and HUKD VIP badge member

Thanks for the link.
Hmmmm..... "we may email and call you before your account matures to advise you of your reinvestment options" .... bit ambiguous! I would have preferred them to definitely contact me before the account matured.
So I assume it has matured, they've transferred it to another ICICI account that they've opened in my name, which isn't getting any interest, and haven't told me the new User ID I'll have to use for that account hence me being unable to access it under the User ID for my other account. (?!)
Sounds like I still have some work to do to access it. If I ever get my money out of ICICI, I'm pretty sure I won't be in a rush to open another account with them!!0 -

I do remember reading on here other ICICI customers having some login problems, I think it was something to do with if you didn't use your login details for a while then ICICI's system did not recognise them.
Unfortunately I cant find that thread for you that the ICICI login problem was discussed in at the moment though....
edit: briefly mentioned in this thread - https://forums.moneysavingexpert.com/discussion/1158281Never let the perfume of the premium overpower the odour of the risk0 -
Here's an ancient thread about ICICI login troubles: https://forums.moneysavingexpert.com/discussion/362562

There are some others that suggest logging in at weekends is a bit hit and miss. May be try Monday?0 -

Thanks - unfortunately I'm definitely on the right website, and using the login details which I always used last year, so my problems are a bit different to some of the others. If I can't log on midweek, I'll just try calling them again to sort it out.
(And thanks in general to people for the replies - I did do searches on ICICI and HiSave, but couldn't find anything recent).0
