can't login to ICICI?

I went to login to ICICI with a nine digit user ID and it said it was not a valid code, my husbands does not work either. It has been a while since we logged in, does anyone have any ideas before I try ringing their customer services. I know I am using the right ID and passwords.

They did change their passwords a while back might that be the problem? You need alpha/numeric plus a special key ie !

Your login code is your old user name. ten digits in my case. Password might be your old password, but I sort of doubt it. I think mine is newish, thirteen digits using a mix of keys. Will have to be the phone I think. Sorry.0

yes it could be over six months as we didnt have much in. I will try the option of send a new password.0
