Havent tried to use my acount for a few months and now can't get in. I am using my 10 digit id and also what I thought was my password.
Could anyone confirm that the password is 8 numbers and not letters (cos that's what I've written down) and do they freeze the account for some reason if you dont access it regularly?
Funny how these probelms always seem to occur over bank holidays.

They called me a few weeks ago to see why I hadn't used the account, I said I'd lost the password, so they said they'd sent me another - didnt need to give any details at all - and it has arrived and works! Must be a common thing to forget the login details then.0
