We'll I must say I think Pixmania may have a bad reputation but I didn't encounter any issues.

Since I knew the tv was going to be sent back, I went and bought the same tv from John Lewis. Once I received the Pixmania one I compared the boxes and I think it may have been a uk model after all (I didn't open it since I was returning it but the box was identical to my John Lewis one).

I'd read that pixmania made customers pay for returns themselves and then have problems reclaiming the cash for returns but when I started the returns process I was sent a returns label for UPS, and had my full refund within 5 days.

Just goes to prove that internet reviews can be misleading, still don't think I will use pixmania again tho.

Maybe there are no more recent complaints because either


1. internet savvy people have become aware of how bad they are, and don't shop with them
2. they have improved beyond all belief
