Does the tracking in Italy only show up after the packet is processed in Milan?

Mine got there last Monday, but nothing showing yet on Poste Italiane.

To answer my own question in case it helps others, tracking information only appeared on the Poste Italiane site after the package got moved on in Milan.

This was a week after it arriving there, as TKPeters said.
