I agree, that is why you need to follow the guidance given on here for those who have much better knowledge than we do , like that given in post #7

you claim you have not received an NTK , therefore it could be construed that they are out of time

if you dont appeal , it wont get sorted , will it ?

just do as asked and try not to be so negative about it

post #7 is your rebuttal to both of them which is telling them you never received an NTK so it should not be in the hands of debt recovery

then you wait and see what letter the PPC sends you, if its not an NTK or popla code you complain to the BPA about incorrect procedures

so stop second guessing and do as asked, otherwise people like myself get exasperated too !

When I asked where this was, I meant Town. (Or even County or Country). If it was not England or Wales then the advice changes.

No because there was no NTK and so the TNC letter is the keeper's first appeal chance because THE KEEPER has not had the PCN!!!! So appeal as keeper just like you will find people did in several other JAS/Staples cases. Please search the forum for 'Staples JAS' and/or Google the same two words together, and read (RECENT ONLY) forum results from here and from pepipoo forum. See what people sent first as their appeal and what rubbish they got back. You will have to complain to the BPA if TNC and JAS say in response that the keeper is 'too late'.

DO NOT imply who was driving so NOTHING about 'I did this, I did that'.
