Lloyds Platinum Card

If you have a student or graduate account with Lloyds you aren't allowed a second current account.
I had the same issue last year - they said we already get a generous enough overdraft!
Really?!
Well if that's the case then I'm relieved that it might mean that I don't have a CPD! Nevertheless I'll pop into branch and find out what my internal score is!0 -

You should call Lloyds and ask is you are pre-approved for a credit card. If not you will have CPD against credit card as well.
Not always will pre-approved offers be shown through online banking offers.
Lloyds update pre-approved limits on the 20th of each month.
Good Luck! You can have a CPD on a credit card yet you might not have one on loans or an Overdraft or if you have no lending on all products this is called CPD99.
CPD are placed when opening an account and very rarely disappear.
To much borrowing outside of lloyds and get you CPD, defaults missed payments outside lloyds can also get you CPD also.
As another poster said they'll update your account around the 20th.
In branch they opened a Vantage on Saturday and I received a text from Lloyds that they've sent me a Cheque book (without me even asking!) so I reckon I don't have a CPD...0 -

Always pay my CC off in full each month ,however.
The only thing is I'm stoozing my student OD BUT I make regular credits to my account.[/QUOTE
Stoozing an ovedraft will not help your internal rating with the bank. You should phone telephone banking and ask them your risk band between 1 and 9, 1 the best and 9 the worst, what your pre-approved limits are. This will give you an indication of your standing with the bank.
They refused to tell me over the phone but did so in branch0
