Yep that will do the job easily! You've spent enough time on it so send it to POPLA so PE can throw in the towel again!

I would just suggest you take the bold off (in the intro where your points 1 - 6 are listed) and change the heading below to 'lower case' to match the other headings as the capitals look odd now it's in situ:

    6. PARKING EYE'S CONTRACT ALLOWS FOR 'GENUINE CUSTOMER EXEMPTION' BUT AS A HIDDEN TERM. BREACH OF UTCCR 1999 & CPUTRs 2008
PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

thanks to all of you who helped me on this forum had the letter last week from parking eye, they have cancelled the parking charge

unfortunately my son who has just started driving has also just been caught out he briefly parked in a car park in early hours of morning not realising there was ANPR cameras or a parking charge at that time of night, so could i use the same letter again if they refuse his appeal ?

again thanks a lot for your help

    hi
my son has received his unsuccessful appeal letter from parking eye, it is a lot more lengthy than the one i received. It goes on to say that the amount claimed for breach of contract should reflect the losses incurred by the breach is no longer the method adopted by judges??? and goes on with lists of court appeals that have been found in parking eyes favour, including one where information from a online forum was all dismissed by the judge???
it also gives my son a extension to pay the reduced charge.
So is this just a scare tactic or the appeals process getting harder to prove i was going to use my original POPLA appeal to give to my son does this need to be altered ??

    Many thanks for your help

Strangely we're not allowed to post negative comments about Parking Eye - have a guess why ?

So firstly Parking Eye are losing cases hand over fist ( Mods - FACT ), Parking Eye are scammers ( Mods - FACT ), Parking Eye are cowboys ( Mods - Martin Lewis has said this so FACT ).

Carry out a POPLA appeal using the templates and you will win - FACT.

use the same popla appeal as before , suitably amended if necessary

they could tell you the world will end tomorrow , doesnt make it true, its in their interests to bully people into paying by using scare tactics , yet many popla appeals go uncontested by that company , with no evidence packs submitted
