This is unbelievable! have SS no discretion! of course she would deny it!

ss "excuse me have you been mistreating your son?"

    ex-SIL "no"

ok case closed...I would take this to the top, it's is shocking!

I know this is prob not in the same league but SS failings led to the deaths of Victoria Climbe, Baby P etc have these fools learnt nothing!?

The disclosure of information is a statutory requirement.

Please remember that social workers balance risk, they are not miracle workers.

Please note that is relation to VC and P, it was not a social worker that killed these children, it was people who were know by them and who should have protected them.

In both cases there was professionals that were extremely negligent, including education, health and the police, but it is not such good sport to kick these agencies!

Remember the paeditrician that 'examined' P the day before he died... did not get him out of her pram as he was asleep... he had a broken back at this time... remember the vicar of the church which performed an exorcist on VC... reflect on your own experiences of what you have done to protect a child.

Most social workers work over 20 hours unpaid a week. The burn out rate is 2 years. The turn over in some teams are 70%. Reflect whether you would put yourself in this job because you feel passionate about the welfare of children.

    Rant over

Still at a loss to know why Ariel is coming through differently on C&C APG to the instore? I know it is a glitch ... or has no one tried the instore APG?

    Many thanks
