Well I'm definitely not posh, but I am debating whether to open the bottle of wine I got from M/S today....

    Evening peeps. :)

Purpledonkey, you're an :A and the cookies are deelish. Thankyou.

Classy chick, letter came and I'll use mocs tomorrow, got burgers today. :D Oh, I didn't win. :( Again, thankyou. :A

Went to see a solicitor yesterday and had to go back today with a list of all the stuff taken and what has been left. Ratio to ratio, they think it's half and half so any judge wont do anything about it so I've lost all my stash unless she gives it back!!

As regards the bank accounts, the savings one had over £13000 in and was mainly deposits from her son's maintenance and child tax as I paid for everything from what I'd make through the week at car boots and the like. So on paper it's her money. I have no say in it. So that was £400 well spent on a solicitor, NOT!!!
Scamps, so sorry to read this:mad::mad: she def knew what she was doing:(

My brother just rang me with a nephew update. He spoke to social services on Wednesday.

He rang them today for an update as they were supposed to be ringing him back but didn't.

Apparently they rang the mother, she denied everything and they've closed the case

They had a second phone call back. Brother not happy. Understandably. A "manager" will be calling him on Monday.

He also rang the school and asked them for a meeting. No response. He rang back today to find out why. No explanation.

Text to brother from ex-wife- I'll leave out the expletives. Why have you called social services and the school?? So SS and school have both told her that he's been in touch with them.

She seems to be forgetting his parental rights and responsibilities and that decisions regarding my nephews education and such like should be a joint decision.

It seems sometimes that I am watching a real live Jeremy Kyle show in my life *sigh*

This is unbelievable! have SS no discretion! of course she would deny it!

ss "excuse me have you been mistreating your son?"

    ex-SIL "no"

ok case closed...I would take this to the top, it's is shocking!

I know this is prob not in the same league but SS failings led to the deaths of Victoria Climbe, Baby P etc have these fools learnt nothing!?

Just want to say huge thank you to squigs. My 6 Ariel's were substituted for 24 sizes...so I accepted gracefully:)

No idea what my APG will look like as it hasn't come through yet but regardless of that I'm pleased as punch:T:T

Just been to the freezer in the shed to get bubbs beef out and its unplugged. Seems oh unplugged it last weekend for some reason and forgot to plug it back in.

So a large quantity of smelly beef, chicken fajita and other bits to dispose of.

I could quite easily kill

Omg, I think I would beat my OH to death if he did that.
    How bloody annoying
